    Going to start painting the jeep. I was using mineral spirits to clean. I forget if everyone said to use laquer thinner instead of mineral spirits or what? Also can i use the laquer thinner to clean off the surface for the final clean before applying the primer and paint?

    Lacquer thinner to clean the gun when done, PPG DX330 or the like for final surface clean. DX330 is designed specifically to lift crud off the surface.
