painting my fan blade

    The original color, or so it would seem, of the fan blade on my 66 Tuxedo Park ( Dauntless 225 ) appears to be a strange mint green color. Is this correct? It's not the regular Buick green or even a faded version of it but, it's own lighter, minty green. There was only a little of this color still visible on the fan before I sand blasted it. At first I thought it was yellow.I don't want to paint it black if it was originally green. I'n going for originality here. Thanks.

    It's black. Second coat just went on. Black is my personal pref on just about everything but, as I said, I'm trying to make this Tux as correct as I can so, if it should've been something other than black, that's what it would've been regardless of whether or not I like it. Thanks for your support. Now about the starter, Buick green or uh, black?
