    Hi everyone,
I have ross steering in my 68 cj5. I drive it locally and do not mind the ross setup, however mine is very loose. I am trying to locate some parts. A rebuilt box, all the components that go upto the pitman arm. Also if possible a new shaft. I am putting on a 4 inch superlift suspension. I was going to use the heim joints conversion in the steering section. Does anyone else have any recommendations.

Yes, don't go higher than a 2 1/2" lift with the ross setup, the bump steer will be horrible from the tie rod geometry. Make sure all your tie rods are in good shape. You could help the steering by going to the 1 piece tierod from knuckle to knuckle. See Boyinks write up and pictures here:http://www.boyink.com/supersizedutch_comments/30_0_9_0_C/
