OK, my parking lights / turns signals don't work, not the fuse not the ground. i have constant power to the relay and from both other wires leading to the column, should these other two wires only have power when the selection lever set to one side or the other? so as to have intermitent power for the turn signal to flash?? also, the constant power leading from the relay illuminates my circuit indicator tool dimmer than the constant power leading into the relay?? is there any significance to this? my circuit tool also indicates power at the column by lighting the little bulb at the top. but when i insert a brand new buld into the sleeve and back into the lever housing it does not work either?? this bulb sleeve must ground to the turn signal lever?? also is the bulb supposed to flash or is it constant even if the selection lever is in nuetral so that the red lens is illuminated when the green direction lens are not on??:?

how many wires to/from your switch ?
    5 or 7 ?
the bulb inside the unit should be grounded at the column
have you wiggled/tightened the unit/mounting on the column ?
take an external wire and touch it from the switch housing to a good known ground and see what happens
