I am picking up a 62 CJ5 with the T98 set up this weekend. My understanding is that the trans is about 3 inches longer, changes the driveshaft lengths since it moves the transfer case back. The cross member is different and mounts on the frame in a different location. The transmission tunnel is different. TC shifts are straighter. Clutch cross shaft and linkage are different. I'm not sure about the clutch disc, pilot bushing, throw out bearing, etc. but I will find out. Once I have this at home, I will take some pics and post for you to get an idea what is different looking.

My '61 has an adapter between the bell housing and the trans, and the dana 18. When I did the clutch it was all the same stuff as the t-90. The rear drive shaft is about 3" shorter.
