304 color pattern 79cj5 silver aniversary

Hi everyone,

I am about to rebuild the 304 engine in my 1979 cj5. I was wondering if anyone knows what colors i should paint the engine. Right now it looks like a Ford blue, but i could be wrong. Also does anyone know anything about the silvery anniversary, I found a few pictures on the web and it looks like its a Renegade, but havent found much history on them.
Is it true that you can tell what package is installed by the steering wheel and number of fan blades.

 

A factory Silver Anniversary will have paint code 8C. The SA is a Renegade
