Little carb help

I have a new carb and fuel pump to help with the heep and some of the idling problems. the fuel pump should be bolt and play right?

now comes the fun part. I have not done much with fuel delivery, would someone in the knoxville area care to come one afternoon and give me a hand/ show me what i am doing. I would really appreciate it. with all the things that can go wrong on setting one up it would be nice to have someone with experience to light the path.
