right hand drive 62 cj5

Hello from new guy in MO. old jeeper with 93 YJ crawler. just got 62 cj5 with right hand drive. bone stock, 134F,90,18. here are the first three questions for anyone with a guess. 1. serial # says it was built in 10-61. paint code 197 (plantation white) was one of the 'export' colors in 61. Is this a vehicle that went out and came home? 2. want to 'clone' M38A1, in Korean era OD, tires/wheels, etc. was wheel 5 1/2 x 16, and tire 7 x 16 x 31? (if not, what was it). 3. Does anyone know what trim code 164 is? My research can only go so far. Need advise from experts (you guys). I know from reading posts, I need to post picture. Will do so as soon as I figure out how (will take advise for that too.) Thanks for any help.
