f 134 compression

    hey i was tinkering on me jeep, and thought id check compression. its a 1955 cj5. stock engine as far as i know. its a f head right? anyways checked the comp. and it read 100 psi in all barrels. i thought this was bitchen, but my bud says it should be like 150 psi. this is ok compression right? thanks josh

    oh and BTW i bottle fed the sucker, and drove it around, gota lot of looks with my hand out the door squeesing the bottle...oh yeah and the look on my buddies face when i told him no breaks, to jump out and drag his feet while holding the bumper was priceless...he did it too!:twisted:

    100 psi is ok, not great but if it runs ok and you're happy with it then that's good enough. It's good that it's consistent in all 4 cyls. :hurrican:
