Square Driveshafts????

    im glad some trail jeepers could chime in on the merit to these things, its the route Im going to go for a spare for sure, and I might just try it up front. I read on another forum to add the adhesive back loop half of velcro to one of the male surfaces, grease it up, and go. That will probably help in some way with the slack?? Thanks for the open minded info.

    only thing i think that stinks for them as a spare is the size and weight of it, being the front shaft it will be long and probably weight a ton. make sure it is held down securly in the jeep just in case of a flop, i wouldnt want that thing to knock against my head :(

    I guess these aren't for me.... My Jeep sees 4 high on city streets in the winter, and plenty of hiway miles to get to the trails all the time........

    One more thing for me to salt away in the dark recesses of my shallow mind. How come I can remember this stuff but I can't remember that we have dinner plans Monday that were made weeks ago ? Huh?
