    F- head, or L?

    F-head = 60 - 70 ft lbs.

Sequence, since I don't run a scanner, I'll try to explain as clear as mud.

First is the middle bolt in the middle row.
Second is the fourth bolt in the middle row, counting front to back.
Third is the second bolt in the middle row.
Next is the middle on the exhaust side.
Next, the one under the carb.
#6 is the 2nd on the exhaust side.
Next is the fourth on the carb side.
    #8 directly opposite #7.
Next is the 2nd on the carb side.
#10 is the front bolt on the middle row.
#11 is the front on the exhaust side.
#12 is the back bolt on the middle row.
#13 back bolt on the carb side.
Next, back one on the exhaust side.
Last bolt is the front one on the carb side.

HTH. It's from the FSM; you might want one of those.
