V6+automatic shifter question

    What kind of shifter do you guys run with your automatics? What do you do for a neutral safety switch? Racheting shifters non-racheting shifters?
    I have the TH400 (GM I think) and a B+M megashifter ( I think, it's pretty beat). I'm thinking about a new shifter, something smooth and easy to shift, that has a backup switch that works well.
