Know any F-Head rebuilders?

    I have a stock M38A1 that spun a main, does anyone know of a good rebuilder in Central Florida?

    :shock: Central Fl. Cool! I'm in Apopka, where are you? Auto Machine on central ave. in Orlando is the machine shop to go to. I do my own assembly though, I don't know if they will do assembly. They're quite busy.

    IMHO if your driving a A1 your not lost in the mechanics arena. I just rebuilt mine with a spun also, wasnt as bad as I thaught it would be, I got a full rebuild kit from Krage Motorsports for around 110$. A honing bit from schmucks for about 30$ and a rimmer from Napa for 20$.

    All in all, pulled it on a friday, tore it down sat morning, followed the instructions from the main page here and Chiltons, put it back together sat night, reinstalled sunday, ran to work again monday.
