   Will a padded dash fit a 70 CJ5? Ours has three plastic plugs and the wiper wiring harness comes out of the area the pad attaches to. Will the padded dash cover all of this? Thanks

   I have a padded dash from a 73 w/s frame and it fit fine. I would assume it would fit yours as well.
