I need to know what is the best carb that will bolt up to my stock manifold on my 68 225v6. I am currently running a 2bbl rochester, Is there a better way to go?

i say you have the best carb already. if it is not running well get a reman. unit or rebuild the one you have.

I agree. The rochester 2 barrels do pretty good off road at wierd angles. You could go with a 4 barrel, but you'd need a different intake manifold, and in my opinion they put out too much fuel for these engines anyways. These carbs are really pretty easy to rebuild, I'd go that route before I got a reman, since I've heard of a lot of people having trouble with those.
