Looking to figure out what kind of line flares the linse have to connect to the power steering pump. Is it the brake line 45 degree or the AN 37 degree flares? I have to change the pump soon and want to rework the lines and add a cooler. I know my gear box has the o-ring style fittings. the pump is the earlier stye fittings (non- O ring)

I guess we are both gonna add some bling to the jeeps :) Those stainless braided lines really look nice :)

Ok are the threads the same on all Saginaw boxes? Can you use lines from a Jeep on say one from a Bonneville or Impala or Chevelle if you swap boxes? Anybody know?

Not sure bout the threads but the fittings when from flare to O-ring style at one point, i am thinknig at around 1980. But that may have been jsut for jeep boxes

I think that the fittings are the same (other than flare vs. Oring). The only thing that changed was the ratio and the pitman that was mounted on it and boxes with a large number 16 on them have larger bearings.
Won't swear to it but im pretty sure all of the GM saginaws are the same. Dont know anything about the ford versions.
