1961 Willys VIN # help?

    Hello. Trying to find out what CJ5 we've got here.... title says it's a 1961 Willys... VIN# 57548 119152. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Thanks for the information. So it could have been built in 1960 but titled as a 1961? (or maybe our title is just wrong?) Thanks again, looking forward to learning more about CJ's!

    i have a 1962 cj5. i have a motor number,4j285758. could any give me any information such as the age. it has an autolite distrubutor.ineedatune up kit for it ,any information would be great. thank you ,jtreds

    Model year change over was in July - so if you bought late in the year of '60 you got a '61 Jeep.
