Fuel Pump Shim?

    I see in the KW catalog that a shim is available for the F134 fuel pump. I didn’t use this shim on my 67 and I didn’t see one on the old pump that was original to the jeep. When should this shim be used? And, should I use it?

    Its used if you need to reduce the fuel pump pressure.
