Thought I'd post some D20 twin stick pics while I had the t-case out.

Its fairly simple. I just threw it together in a day. The sticks are 3/8" round bar that pivot on a 3/4" bolt. The linkage uses some of the old single stick parts along with two bolts and some female heim joints. I think the hardest part was figuring out where to put the pivot point and how tall to make the sticks etc....

Obviously I no longer have the interlock pill installed. Works great! Much more leverage when shifting and since its direct to each rod I know what gear its in. The front is still a pain to shift, but I believe that has more to do with lining up the gears etc....

Anyhow, thought people would like to see pics, at least for reference.

Ps. Low gears are in the t-case and it was installed tonight. Still have to fix a rear spindle issue, but I am expecting to drive it tommorrow. :D

I'll see what I can do. Kinda hard now that its installed. Underneath be ok?

Went for the maiden test drive just a few minutes ago and all looks good. No funny noises or vibrations. One small leak I need to track down. Doesn't even seem to make that much noise in 4lo 4th gear! Although, I didn't have the front hubs engaged.

Rear output felt a little warm, but I drove it further at highway speeds and it got no hotter. Looks like I may drive it into town in a little bit to further "break it in".

    Currently I'm just stoked!!!!!

    Ps. Its noticeably slower to!
