T14a Reverse Idler Gear Shaft Or Substitute & Rev Idler And Countershaft Free-play

Does anyone have a part # and/or know where I can find a reverse idler gear replacement shaft fort14a? I can only find T90 shafts which are not the correct size.

Also, what is the acceptable free play for both the reverse idler gear and the counter-gear? I have replaced the counter-gear shaft and bearings and there is around .011 free/end play. I'm not sure if that is excessive or not. Ditto the reverse idler gear that has around .012 end-play.

The jeep was not registered when I bought it and I only drove it back in forth in a driveway so could not tell if there was any whine or other scary noises from transmission or transfer case at operating speeds. I am replacing bearings, thrust washers, seals, and anything else that looks suspect. There is very little wear on any of the gear faces and the synchros were all in very good shape - although they will be replaced anyways. The counter-gear shaft showed some minor wear so I replaced it but the cluster gear seems fine. There was a tiny bit of side movement with the reverse idler gear so I picked up a NOS idler gear. With the new gear, needle bearings and thrust washer there still seems to be a hint of side movement. Although it's really hard to tell if it is side movement or end play. If .012 is fine for reverse idler gear end play I may just leave it - but I'd prefer to replace the idler shaft if I could find one.
