Just curious if anyone on here bought it? I was eyeing it but couldnt swallow the price for an non runner but now that its sold, having some regrets

Nice Jeep, but I wouldn't pay that price for a non running Jeep. A pig in a poke since you would not have any real idea of condition of driveline.

I would be surprised it actually brought the asking price, but we will never know.

It got asking price. It was originally listed at 10K. About a week later he dropped it to 9. I made him an offer that I thought was fair given the none running state. He very much did not agree with my valuation.

It is definitely one of the cleanest flatties I have come across in that price range. Everything else in that condition has at least a 1 in front of the same price tag.

I dont think it is worth that as a none runner but market it to the right audience and there will always be someone who is willing to pay the premium for something in that condition.

That was a shockingly clean Jeep for Michigan. Never seen anything like that listed for sale locally. Looked like something the Colorado crowd posts Craigslist links for 3-5 times a week.

 

In this case, it was a Colorado guy ready to travel to Michigan

Never would find one in that condition in this part of the country. Even with the cost of shipping that Colorado Jeep would still be a good deal. Glad my wife isn't standing behind me, she would be worried.
