    Hey guys I am posting for a friend. Seeking a YJ project. Rusty is fine but the less rust the better but if it's not running or has a lot of issues that's not a problem. He is willing to travel about 50 to 100 miles from the Philadelphia area but the better the car the further he'll travel but he doesn't have a big budget. He wants a project. Like a $1000 car or less.

    Thats a tall order. Finding any jeep for under a grand is tough nowadays. I've been looking for a half decent Cherokee to get through the winter. Theres a lotta junk out there for 2500 bucks.
