    It was a great run, but it’s time to part ways.
    The details: 1968 CJ5, V6 Buick Dauntless Oddfire with headers to get you down the road mated to a Muncie SM420 transmission with granny gear. New warn overdrive with w/ saginaw power steering, front disks, and hydraulic clutch. Runs and stops. Soft top, full and half doors and other parts including extra rear tire carrier, original Kelsey Hayes wheels, original 1968 Service Manual, etc. Currently rolling on newish Dick Cepek 33s. $7,500 obo here- listed for higher elsewhere to weed out the tire kickers. So Cal - San Gabriel valley. OD says 59,5## but there’s no way that’s accurate.

    Last year I bought a birth year series iii Land Rover and it’s got all of my car-time. It’s time for this one to go to a new home.

    It is a long way from here to there, or I would be tempted to come kick the tires, and maybe drive it home. :D

    When I went to boot in San Diego... the guys from back east could not believe how many old cars were still on the road.
    Cars they had never seen except in pictures.
