    Anything will bolt to anything with enough time, money and talent, but the short answer is no.

    You can modify a stock GM bellhousing to bolt to it without a ton of effort. I think advance adapters sells a bolt-in bellhousing solution. You will need an adapter for the back of this one too. The Jeep ones came with a D300 adapter but this is lacking the housing. Not sure about the output shaft. This one does look like it's for a 4x4 application but it's odd the adapter housing isn't included.

    The AA bell housing will work, BUT you might as well get the heavy duty T-18 4 speed with granny low instead of that medium duty T-176 with close ratio first. And, like Fireball said, you still need the transfer case adapter.
    For that price, you really should consider options.
