    You can try KW or Novak, when I was looking they both said they were expecting a batch later this year.
    I had to resort to ebay, fresh from India!

    I might have one... I have a spare Dana 18 case that might have it in it.

    UPDATE: I walked out and looked... I do have one. PM me if you still need it and I'll get you some pictures of it and see if we can work out a deal.
