    Re: Fuel pump question

My fuel pump has another small tit with a very small hole. Is that the fuel return and does that go through the small tubing to the fuel tank. If so is there any special tubing I should use?

    Gregg,

There are 3 lines off the fuel pump. One, with brass fitting, goes to filter to carb. Large one and small ones should connect to metal set of piping that comes from the pump, via rubber hoses, up the front of the block, along the intake manifold and then connects to the 2 fuel lines at firewall. I used 3/8 for the large one and 5/16 for the small. They are fuel rated hoses. Carquest has them in bulk. Hope this helps. Give me a call if you have further questions. Good luck. :D

    Barry,
This pump has two regular threaded input and out put. Then there is a small Tit (don't know what else to call it) with a small hole. I've been told the small tube coming from the under seat tank is a fuel return line.
Mine doesn't seem to fit your description.
