    Are the backing plates included? That's really the only 'parts' of value.
    The rest can, and should be, be purchased new.

    Are they Bendix self adjusting (will sell all day long), or Willys truck and wagon 11" brakes with manual adjustment eccentrics (can't hardly give them away) ?

    I know you said "free" and you don't want to ship, but if they are Bendix self adjusting brakes a set of four in decent shape is worth at least $200, nice shape are worth more. As already said it is the backing plates that are worth money, and disassembled will fit into a USPS large flat rate box if you reconsider and decide to fool with shipping.
