Oem V6 Fan Size

    Looking at the PartsDude fan shroud for wide radiator v6...it doesn't specify what size/diameter fan it fits, but as he advertises it as OEM replacement figured someone here could make a good guess. I run an aftermarket 18" solid fan and want to make sure it would fit - not sure if the OEM was that large or not.
    I did send them an email asking as well

    I have his fan shroud on my 71. I can get measurements when I get home tonight.

    The 4-bladed fan on my ‘70 with v6 measures approx 15 1/2 inches across.

    I assume it’s OEM.

    Sam from parts dude responded:

    The center hole is 17" and the factory 4 blade fan was 15", so it looks like it won't work with the fan you have
