Now, for the rest of the story...
I bought this to replace the worn out Trac Lok in the rear of my CJ. It was supposed to fit the D44 30 spline Trac Lok, but the cross pin that comes with this unit is the style that is designed to be retained by a bolt...mine was the style that was retained by 2 c clips in the diff. This was right before last year's Colorado Epic, and I was in a hurry, so I drilled & tapped the case & put a couple of small bolts in it to retain the cross pin. And it worked! But. I hated the way it drove, it works great off road but it's squirrelly on the street, so I pulled it out & spent the $ for a selectable locker.
Anyway, my transmission took a on the 3rd day of the trip, so this thing has exactly 2 days of trail use on it.
I'm asking $125 for the whole mess, I paid $370 for it last summer.
