I have a '74 with frame mounted proportioning valve. Need suggestions on where to get the brake lines that go from the M/C to the proportioning valve. Can one still get the original style or are people using more modern flex lines?

Make them. Not difficult. Buy the tools and tubing and go to it.

Possible you could buy a tubing kit for the whole Jeep from say Inline Tube and just use the parts you need. Personally I have invested in the tools and use nicopp tubing. Very common.

No one uses flex lines for this. Making the lines is the proper approach.

I did make all the other lines from scratch but I wasn’t sure about those 2 particular lines. Some have coiled tubbing (for flex) and some are wrapped with wire. I was hope someone had those 2 pieces premade.

You could buy the individual pieces from the Jeep dealership parts counter back in the day. Back then, the price for factory parts might convince you to buy the material and tools and make them. These vehicles are way too old for factory support; finding this stuff NOS now approaches impossible. There's no money in continued aftermarket support at that scale.

To make the coiled part, find a convenient cylinder and wrap the line around that. Easy with the nicopp tubing, a little more difficult with steel. The coiled wire is called stone guard or gravel guard and is available lots of places. Place over the tubing before you bend and flare.
