Dauntless Radiator

    I'm getting ready to send my radiator out for a rebuild. Anything special I should know or do.

    If you want you can get it changed to a 3 core from a factory 2 core nows the time.
    I just had mine recored a few weeks ago and it was $257, it turned out fine except a pin hole leak in the filler neck which they fixed in about 10 minutes, the guy gave me a 1 year warranty.

    Well worth going 3 core had mine done and no problem with overheating. I run it out in the desert, temps reach 120 degf in the shade :shock:

    I found a guy that makes radiators out of aluminum. Cost me 191.00 delivered to my door, 2 core but the cores are 1 inch thick. I will see if I can find his info
