I put up a WTB but I’m happy to buy a new pulley if I knew which one to buy. I’m putting HEI on my V6 and the PS mount is interfering with the new distributor. When I originally set this up I had to space the PS pump out an inch to get the belts to line up. This all worked perfectly until now. I need to remove the spacer to have room for the HEI.

Here is the existing pulley. I need to have the groove forward exactly one inch. I’m open to other ideas as well. Thanks.

The body was hitting so I hit the PS mount with a grinder. Then I put on the cap, It needs lots more room.

Can the cap or body be trimmed some? Build a new power steering mount?

Maybe but a correct pulley would fix it right.

It seems like you'll need a new fan pulley to match to keep the belt straight?

If you already have 1" spacers, it seems easy to make 2" spacers for the pump end of the belt. Something like this (expensive) March triple groove water pump pulley might get you a belt far enough forward: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mch-5052

Another option is to find a low mount bracket like the one on the Buick 350 in my 71:

Early 70's Buick V8s use these and they are a bolt-on to the V6. There are some on E-bay, but they don't seem to be complete. You need the front and back portions.

I noticed you're driving your power steering pump off the fan pulley. If you have a multi-grooved crank pulley, you could drive it off that and I don't think the belt would interfere.

I'm not sure what my dad did on his. He has a high mount pump with HEI. If you don't find any other solutions, I can try to bug him to take a picture of his setup and e-mail it to me.

From your WTB add, now I get that you want to remove the spacers and mount the pump directly to the head, but still use the same pulley on the water pump.

From the factory, the power steering on the high-mount bracket drives off the crankshaft, not the water pump:

I think it's a matter of getting a multi-groove crank pulley and running the belt there.

Something like this (It's likely to work, but I can't vouch for this particular one): 455 350 Buick Crankshaft Crank Pulley 3 Groove V Belt New OEM | eBay

My setup came out of a mid 70's Olds Omega. The crank pulley for the PS pump is a seperate bolt on piece. It moves it about inch that you are looking for.

Looking at two and three groove Crank pulleys. Will a SBC pulley bolt on? Seems like those use 3 bolts where Buick uses 6 bolts?

I used a new three groove pulley at the crank and cut the last groove off so the fan would clear. I never found a off the shelf 2 groove pulley to use....but I didn’t look too hard.
