Lost These Retainers.. Will These Work?

I lost my parking brake cable retainers that mount to the crossmember.

I came across these for a willys. They look sorta the same as I remember them being.

Think these will fit the bill on my 73?

I don't see anything like that in the parts book for intermediate brake cables. Where would you put them?

There is a sheet metal bracket on the underside of one of the body hat channels, and this it the only rigid attachment IIRC. Any other clamps are just to keep the cables from flopping around.

I see them. Probably. It's a 921091.

 

Are the 921091 's still available or will the ones I found work well enough?


My google fu just comes up with you mentioning these in older threads.

 

I searched and did not find a seller under that PN. Can't tell you any more about the parts you found - they look like they will work.

 

Found this pic on the diesel swap page. Seems like this would work well and I should be able to fab these clamps up and save some cash..
