    Help!

I'm trying to put the driveline e-brake assembly back in service and I just discovered that the shiney new cable I bought many moons ago is the wrong one. My handle is set up to handle just the ball-end of the cable, and my new cable has a sleeve on it that looks just like the end of the stock handle.

    Anyone else run into this?

    yep
the early models up until Ser# 183498 used a snout (sleeve) on the end of the cable that fit over the handle; a cotter pin held them together thru a hole in the shaft.
the later or after Ser# 183498 used the ball end style
P/N 640353 is for the early snout type
P/N 646142 is for the later ball end style
    hth

edit: I show 1 of each in inventory
    pm if interested
