Only worth what a buyer is willing to pay.

Well, I'm not sure exactly what it's worth, my best guess would be anywhere from 100-200 dollars, if you find someone who wants it. The T98 is basically the same as a T18, the main difference being that the 1st gear is synchronized. With the granny low 1st, it's a desireable transmission to swap into a jeep.

If is in good shape with the D18 adapter.....I would think a better than 100-200. Nothing wrong with that tranny, especially in a jeep.

No, the T-98, T-18 and T-18A all have an unsynchronized first gear. The T-19, which came later, has a synchronized first.

The T-98 is functionally equivalent to the T-18 and T-18A with the 6.32 first gear. There are some design differences internally - some parts exchange, but I'm not sure of the details.

If it was behind a F134, and you have the plate adapter, someone will want it.

    If it was behind a 134 or a 225 I want it if you've got the adapter/bellhousing...

    Let me know please...
