    I was just offered a t98 and a np200 for 40 dollars each.
I was just going to keep the np200 around for the heck of it.
I was wondering how much hassle it would be to mate that t98 to my :v6: ?

and then also to match it up to my big hole dana 18.

will I need an adapter on both ends?

will I have to change out my mainshaft like when I did my t90 to :v6:?

also on another note......I'm thinking about going to full width axles.

I was offered three different deals on axles...need a little advice

1.) gm 14 bolt rear and a dana 44 front w/disks and all new bearings and seals. 3.08? gears 500$
    2.) dana 60 rear, dana 44 front 4.10's or 4.11's 600$ w/ an extra 44 housing
    3.) dana 70 rear, closed knuckle dana 60 front both with 5.87's out of a m715 1200$

for number1 I feel like I would have to sink a ton of cash into them putting the gears I would like into them or learn how to re-gear them myself.

number 2 might need new bearings and seals but the gearing is do-able..

3 is just something that I came across. I was thinking that it might be a good deal on the fact that they are Ultra LOW. and ready to go. seeing as I might be up to that price re-gearing option 1

I am leaning towards option 2.

    what are your thoughts?

    Rio

    number 3

Number 2 would be your best choice.

T98 to option 3... good crawl ratio, esp if you had a 4:1 transfercase....
