Well which do you think would be the easiest: Removing the tub completely or lifting it up a foot or so? I plan on using steel channel for the hat channels and 16 gauge for the floors. If I pull the tub off then I have to install disconnects into the wiring which isn't that big of a deal but it does take time.....something I don't have much of before Tellico.

I have 16 gauge for floors and used Unistrut channel metal for hat channels. Works really nice actually. While at it, C-shannel was added to th efloor right next to th etube side, acts like rock sliders, wont let the sides get messed up from underneath. But i didnt go all the way forward and that portion of the tub got some denting from Tellico :(

It wouldn't be too hard to do with the tub on the jeep. The only hard part would be welding the supports to the bottom of the floor, but if you're comfortable welding it upside down, go for it. Take your time welding, I was in a rush and my floorboards are a bit warped because of it.
