I have a single stick in the jeep now and I bought a twinstick to swap in but found differences that I have decided to do a twinstick conversion using parts from the donor T-case.
I know a number of you guys has done a twinstick conversion. Does anyone have a procedure on how to do the conversion? I have a service manual.....but I am looking for......do this first.....then this.......

    Any help would be great.

If you want to PM a phone # I will be available to talk tonight. I am literaly in the house taking a break from doing mine right now. I have it all back apart and am going to start to put it back togehter after I eat a sandwich. There are a couple of steps from the manual you can over look if you have a rubber mallet and a set of Eaton style snap ring pliers.

When I did mine, rather than remove the HI/LOW shift shaft, I welded up the hole in the shaft and then grinded a notch in the side to accept the twin stick shifter. Then just swapped the whole front housing and shift shaft off the twin stick unit. Works perfect.
