Commando Hardtop On A CJ5?

Obviously it will not fit as is but can anyone tell me if the tub widths are the same? I am trying to come up with an easy way to put a hard top on my 5 even if it requires me to fab doors.

I have thought about mimicking the Myers hardtops but I know that's a lot of work.

I'm looking to stretch my 5 at the doors a bit to gain some clearance for my 6'1", 250# self but trying to keep the classic 5 looks for the most part.
