What did the 4bbl manifolds come on?

    The only 4bbl manifold I can think of was on a turbo buick. That's a manifold that you couldn't use without the turbo. You'll have to go with an after market one.

    The later 252 non turbos have quadrajet intakes. but they will not work with the 225 becuase of the head differnces. you will have to get an aftermarket intake if you want to run a 4bbl

    Ok, I am looking at propane injetion and it is easier to swap to a 4 bbl in order to fit adapters. Just looking for a cheap junkyard solution.

    if you are planning to run the 231(3.8) a 4 bbl manifold from a 252(4.1) should work take a look at the before black web site for a complete list of cars that came with the 252 (4.1) engine. I found one at the local junk yard for $ 25.00 .
