I have a Dana 41 rear with a special order Warn FF kit, axles, hubs, and premium locking hubs. On the front I have Warn premium hubs on the D25. I am doing a full brake rebuild and have the hubs off the Jeep. I am looking for two different Warn Premium Hub service kits, since the rear and front hubs are configured differently.

Called Warn tech support - they had no help for me beyond telling me they didn't support the product anymore and I should call Randy's Ring & Gear. Called them, they suggested that I call Herm. Called Herm, he said there should be a number on the hubs. Looked - no numbers.

Do any of you know what service kits or part numbers I need? I hate to just put everything back together without new seals, etc.

    Thanks in advance.

    Mike

There is usually a number on the brass dial of the older hubs. Something like M25 or some such. I found service kits by scanning on eBay. There's usually not much to them, from what I could see. Just the basics like paper gaskets and maybe some screws. Roller bearings and that stuff may be a tougher find.

I know for the old Warn M2's I put on my CJ, the needle bearings were shot, I just popped them out with a punch and hammer, and did some bearing lookup, ended up finding them on amazon for like $7 each. There's not much else *to* an M2......

    Thanks for your responses!

In spite of being on my Jeep for 15 years, these hubs are in good condition and do not need any hard parts - need proper seals and O rings. Just have no idea where to find the kits and what kits to order?

Really I can drive a few blocks can get any bearing I need. The gaskets I have to make myself and I don't need them sheet metal keeper things for the bolts as I figured out to cut down some longer bolts so the shoulder fits.
