Looks too good for an engine donor ...

Makes me think about where I could go and what I could do with the donor.

Don't pay any attention to my sentimental ramblings ... engine donor! Jeep!

yeah tim i hear ya.. there is something going on in the front end of this rig. i think it has something to do with the transfer case as i don't think it has a solid axle under it. there is a lot of clunking going on in the front when engaged in 4 wheel drive. two wheel drive it's not that noticeable. could be the cv shafts or axle joints if it has a solid axle. i didn't spend too much time under it as i was more concerned with the engine. the shop he had it at said it needs differential work. heck he just dumped 1200 or so into tires, new fuel tank and pump and some other items as well. and didn't want to put another dime into it when the shop said it needed diff work. i picked it up for 700 bucks so not too bad. the tires will go onto my car trailer and i'll part it out for a bit and then bring it to the scrapyard.

From what I have seen I think the 4.3 is a good way to go now, I love the Buicks but they are starting to get a little scarce, at least around here, and they are a nice engine gotta be a little cheaper to build one too I would imagine. T.J.

it depends what you want to do if you want Fuel injection all the engine management stuff the harness's the computer etc the tank pumps & lines electric cooling fan . The steering column the box if its not rack & pinion . I am sure there are aftermarket plug and play setups you could go with .Speartech used to modify harness's and reprogram the computers it all depends what you plan to do a carb would obviously be easier. Be carefull with the column and remove the airbag or have it removed if you plan on using the column . T.J.
