One more oil pump question

    How do i get the old one out of the pump to replace with the new one that came in the kit , there is a sleeve in there holding it in. Do i even need to replace it since its just for the spring

    I use a pair of snap ring pliers. The kind that when you squeeze the handle the snap ring end expands. I reach into the relief and pull it out. Sometimes it does take a little work.
