Anyone have any tips for removing the seat belt bolts? I got the inner, female ends removed, but the male sides of the seat belts are stuck solid. I have broken two T50 bits and have tried heating but to no avail. Looking for any help before I break a bolt head. Thanks

I've had good luck with straight jawed vise grips or weld a nut to the head of the bolt and use a socket.

I just bought a set of Wiha hexlobular (Torx) bits - they are not cheap, but seem to hold up. I have two other sets - Craftsman round over and Lisle break off.

Welding a nut to the bolt sounds like a good plan, if the vise grips won't grab it.

Thanks for the replies. I finally got it off with a torch and impact gun. What a pain in the a$$!
