    Hello all,

New to the forum...so here come the questions...

    1960 CJ-5 Hurricane 4

The attachment piece that connects the heater cable to the heater water control valve is missing. I couldn't find one on any of the new parts sites (or the valve for that matter).

Are they available or can they be found at used parts vendors?

    Any insight is appreciated!

My 1964 didn't have a water valve. You could put a water shut off from a hardware store in line to shut off the heater if you want to shut off the water. I just shut off the air going to the heater, that way heat does not come into the passenger compartment, and you still have some cooling for the motor. Rick
