I am having issues with my front and rear disk swap.
The hat of rotor seems too high
    I have a 1960 d25 and 44
    Rotors are 11.75" od
    1-1/8 thick
    2.75 thick overall
So these are matching oem 5356183 and bendex prt-1155

My hubs are machined flat on the back from the factory.
    Rear has tapered flanges.
I have d44 brackets and calipers

Everything should line up with previous posted swaps but I don't have any exposed threads for the 2nd spindle nut or rear shaft castle nut. The rotor is against the bracket without room for the pads. Is there a rotor with a shallower hat i should use the kits all appear to be shallower than what I found Listed for a 77 cj5.
    Thank you all

these are the parts i used

Part Number Part Type Price EA Core EA Quantity Total

    DORMAN 610106 (610-106) Lug Stud $ 1.30 $ 0.00 10 $ 13.00

    CENTRIC 14166006 (141.66006) Caliper $ 16.31 $ 0.00 1 $ 16.31

    Wholesaler Closeout -- 30 Day Warranty $ 9.15 $ 0.00 1 $ 9.15
    1977 JEEP CJ5 5.0L 304cid V8
    CENTRIC 12163004 (121.63004) Rotor $ 26.99 $ 0.00 2 $ 53.98

they all came from rock auto. They all bolted on direct to a dana 25 and a D44. When I pulled them off the D25 to install on my dana 30 upgrade they fit the same except I needed to grind a bit on the D30 Knuckle and the caliper body too. The caliper mounts I got from "the jeep guy" because he was cheaper for new redrilled ones than used ones. The rotors need to be behind the hubs with the stud through them and then through the hubs. You need longer wheel studs for this.

If you can post some pictures and give a clear definition of the problem this forum will help get this to work providing you have the proper parts.

Alright it looks like I need those rotors. They are 2.2" vs my 2.797"
    Thank you!
