This is what I did today!

Base coat is Krylon Khaki (4291)
    Add some nylon rope.

Next I sprayed Krylon Olive (4293). I just sprayed some stripes in the same direction.

Then sprayed Krylon Brown (4292). Again I just sprayed stripes but at 90 degree angle from the Olive stripes.

Then I removed the rope and removed the over spray using lacquer thinner. I did not remove all of the over spray because I will be getting new tires next week.

Great job on the rims. I would have never thought of using a rope.

I hae to admit, I'm not a fan of cammo. The PO or PPO did it to my Commando. For me the best thing was that I could match the paint scheme after welding some parts on the body. We were out on a trail run a few years ago, My neighbor said that it was hard to spot in the forest. I'm not sure if that is a good thing if you trying to find it in the midst of a blizzard in the dark.

Those wheels look very good. Maybe some clear to protect it?
