225 V6 flywheel indexing

    I bought a proper (heavy) flywheel for the V6. Need to get it surface ground and mounted. How is the flywheel indexed to the crank? It is obvious that correct orientation is critical to proper balancing, but I don't know the procedure.

    Every flywheel I've ever put on only fits one way.

    yep bolt holes will only line up in one spot . check pilot bushing while your there . if your changing transmissions
