CJ5 dual tank pictures?

    Here's how I modified my frame. Not real pretty, but it's totally invisible once the tank's in. I think it would be difficult to do anything more with the body on the frame.

    Regarding the fuel return line- this is an issue I've never really solved. I like running the return line, I think it helps prevent vapor lock.
    But, I don't really trust electric valves (I've had them fail on me) and the only 6 way mechanical valve I've found is a marine piece for $150.
    So, I've been running a 3 way mechanical valve with just a tee fitting in the return. The weird thing is, it seems like the return flow goes into whichever tank I'm not using! I've actually had the front tank overflow when running on the rear one :rofl:
    Someday, I'll spring for that $150 valve, in the meantime, I have to juggle between tanks if they're both full.
