How can I i.d. a factory spoke wheel?

I just bought my 79 CJ5 and my scout appears to have what would be factory white spoke style wheels. How can I tell if they are Jeep wheels? They do not have any threaded holes for a center cap. I have not checked a local tire shop who often has used wheels but how difficult are these wheels to come by? I am planning on selling the scout and just wondering if it is worth it to remove the wheels and save them for the Jeep.

 

The original ones that came from the factory should have numbers embossed like here:
